Cost includes the cost of the current USPAP manual and 15-hour student manual.

Student registration and fees for APR 615 must be received by the Division 30 calendar days prior to the first day of class to meet ordering and shipping deadlines. If the $95.00 is not received by the Division thirty (30) days prior to the first day of class, the student will not be allowed to attend.  

Special Notes:

This course is approved by the Appraisal Foundation and taught by certified instructors. It is designed to satisfy the USPAP requirement for an initial license. Existing licensees are encouraged to take APR 607 to satisfy a requirement for license renewal.
