- Certifying Counties - The names of the counties certifying values for the property tax entity.
- DOLA Tax Entity Name - The name of the property tax entity used by the Department of Local Affairs.
- NA - The tax entity's limit calculation (DLG53) is not presented for the listed year as the tax entity did not levy for general operations in the previous year. The limit is $0 until certified voter authorization is presented.
- Tax Entity ID - A combination of the unique 5-digit numeric code, with leading zeroes, assigned by the Department of Local Affairs to each local government in Colorado and the subdistrict number (1-99).
