Property Tax Revenue Limit Calculations for Tax Entities Beginning With "4" as of March 19, 2010

The calculations shown on form DLG53 are intended to assist local governments in calculating the statutory property tax revenue limitation. This information is subject to change when County Assessors recertify the values for a taxing entity per C.R.S. 39-1-111(5). Please see our county page for links to county web sites.

Glossary

  • Year Limits - Links to the limit calculation for that tax collection/budget year unless the entity is exempt by entity type or waiver; links to tax entity waiver letter in the case of an acceptable waiver. The value is in dollars.
  • Certifying Counties - The names of the counties certifying values for the property tax entity.
  • DOLA Tax Entity Name - The name of the property tax entity used by the Department of Local Affairs.
  • NA - The tax entity's limit calculation (DLG53) is not presented for the listed year as the tax entity did not levy for general operations in the previous year. The limit is $0 until certified voter authorization is presented.
  • Tax Entity ID - A combination of the unique 5-digit numeric code, with leading zeroes, assigned by the Department of Local Affairs to each local government in Colorado and the subdistrict number (1-99).
