Overview:
While the department has historically provided Colorado's municipalities and counties with technical assistance in land use planning, the Office of Smart Growth (OSG) is continuing and expanding that function by providing helpful information on growth management concepts and tools. These materials are provided free for all those interested in planning and growth management, but are specifically intended to help municipal and county staff, planning commissioners and elected officials. OSG has provided these materials without restriction. Please
let us know which topics in which you'd like to see more.
