IGA Handbook
Planning for Growth: Intergovernmental Agreements in Colorado is a handbook designed for local government staff and officials who are considering cooperative planning and specifically, intergovernmental agreements (IGAs). Developing IGAs can be a difficult process. This handbook describes what they are and how they are used, frequently asked questions, steps and tips, and provides sample agreements.
