The Colorado Division of Housing now offers a variety of vacancy and rent surveys:
Colorado Statewide Multifamily Survey - Includes all areas other than the Denver Metro Area. Beginning 4th Quarter 2006, data from Front Range cities and Grand Junction will be updated quarterly. The full state report will be updated each 1st and 3rd quarter.
Colorado Springs Multifamily Survey - Updated quarterly. This information is included within the statewide survey, but has been included as a separate survey (in PDF) for your convenience. For Colorado Springs information in other formats, please refer to the statewide survey.
Denver Metro Area Multifamily Survey - Updated quarterly with summary data. Data is one quarter behind the current quarter. Current data may be obtained by contacting the Apartment Association of Metro Denver.
Single Family Vacancy and Rent Survey - A survey of four-plex, tri-plex, duplex, condo and single-family for-rent homes. Denver Metro Area only - current data available beginning 3rd Quarter, 2006.
The Affordable Apartment Vacancy and Rent Survey: A survey of "Affordable" apartments. Current data available beginning 3rd Quarter, 2006.
